Fun Palace Event Rentals – Rental Policy

1. Reservations & Payment

  • A signed rental/waiver agreement and a non-refundable deposit are required to reserve items.

  • Full payment is due 48 hours of delivery.

  • Orders placed within 2 days of the event require full payment at booking.

2. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery windows are scheduled in 2-4 hour blocks; exact times cannot be guaranteed.

  • Delivery fees are based on distance, difficulty of access, and time of day.

  • Renter must ensure the site is accessible, clear, and ready for setup.

  • Additional fees may apply for:

    • Late-night or early-morning delivery/pickup

    • Long-distance carries

    • Re-delivery if the site is not ready

3. Setup & Takedown

  • Basic drop-off does not include setup unless stated on the invoice.

  • Setup services are available for an additional fee.

  • Items must be broken down and ready for pickup at the scheduled time.

4. Equipment Use & Responsibility

  • Renter is responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery/pickup until return.

  • Items must be used only for their intended purpose.

  • No alterations, staples, tape, writing, or damage-causing practices are permitted.

  • Inflatables must be supervised by an adult at all times.

6. Loss, Damage & Cleaning Fees

  • A refundable security deposit will be required and deducted from your final bill.

  • Renter is responsible for:

    • Loss, theft, or disappearance

    • Damage from weather, misuse, or negligence

    • Cleaning fees if items are returned excessively dirty

  • Replacement and repair costs will be billed at current market value.

7. Weather Policy

  • For outdoor rentals (tents, inflatables, electronics, etc.):

    • Fun Palace Event Rental may cancel delivery if weather conditions create safety risks.

    • Renter must unplug and deflate inflatables during high wind or storms.

    • No refunds for items already delivered and set up unless otherwise stated.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 2 or more days before the event: deposit is forfeited but no additional fees.

  • Cancellations within 24 days: full rental amount is due.

  • Weather-related cancellations follow the Weather Policy above.

9. Liability

  • Fun Palace Event Rental is not responsible for injuries, damages, or accidents arising from the renter’s use of equipment.

  • Renter assumes all risk and agrees to hold Fun Palace Event Rental harmless.

  • All Renters are required to sign a waiver.

10. Cleanliness & Return Condition

  • Items must be returned or left for pickup clean, dry, and in original condition.

  • Linens must be free of burns, wax, permanent stains, and tears.

  • Additional cleaning charges apply for smoke, food, mud, or moisture damage.

11. Final Counts & Changes

  • Item quantities must be finalized at time of booking, if additional quantities are needed give us a call at (678)-758-3844.

  • Additions are subject to availability.

  • Reductions after final count will not be refunded.
